Great helpful staff, never had no problems with anything that iv bought from there and iv bought items from phones, laptops. Xbox ones, ps4 and even TV's... unlike other stores like cash converter in bramley where they're are always missing items or things breaking within days of buying..... Cash gen armley is where to go.... The people bitchin on here are obviously idiots who expect full price for pawning their stuff.... Its a business you fools and they need money just like your desperate arses (and that's why your in their trying to pawn ya shizz... Idiots)

Staff treat you like scum. They know that if you're in there selling or pawning goods then you're in need of money , for whatever reason, and they will exploit your desperation by making ridiculously insulting offers for items. Also, if they have mistakenly bought faulty goods, they will deliberately and knowingly sell those items in the shop regardless. Then, when whichever unlucky customer returns that faulty item, they will refuse to refund their money. Pack of vultures preying on the poor.

Warning regarding purchase of electrical equipment especially tools, within two week's of buying a cordless angle grinder the internals collapsed, returned with faulty item but they said problem down to wear and tear. Three months warranty they give is not worth the paper written on, also found after purchasing that could have obtained same item new from toolstation at same price with five year warranty. Would advise anyone considering buying tools to look at other companies, you can possibly find a better deal new.

Just turned up to cash a cheq they told me my accout is closed they got all my belongings . They said i can buy my things back but if my account is closed haw do they know what i have in there .they said i smashed up the inside of the store if i did this dont ya think it would be on camera and i wolud of been arrested for it .STAY OUT OF THIS SHOP I LOST EVERYTHING I OWN COZ THEY CLOSED MY ACCOUNT

I would advise anyone to stay well away from this store they rip you of they give you hardly nothing for your goods and sell it for three times what they give the staff are so miserable if you don't want ripping of stay away from this store and stick with cash converters I have given it one star they are not worth that but they do not do any less I took a panasonic 52" tv and got £56 it was only 7 month old the next time I went in they were selling it for £189 they are the biggest rip of store I know stay well away if you do not want ripping of
