Not sure what issues other people have had, but in my experience the staff have been unfailingly helpful and courteous. Have bought some excellent guitars and camera gear from them over the years, with no problems whatsoever.

Some really nice staff i have sold a lot of items to this store. But now theres a manager with blonde hair whos is just utter vile. She tell you she doesnt buy items that they clearly sell. She also thinks its ok to give people stupid prices. Excuse was your account isnt in good standing i.e you dont buy your stuff back very often. The whole point in a buy back is if you dont buy it back the shop can sell your item to recoupe the money plus extra profits. A lady brought a £220 tv. She was told they pay 50% of the selling price. The selling price in store was around £180. She then started to mumbo jumbo her words and said and i quote...ohhhh your account isnt good so i can only offer you 60% of the £90 i would offer you...... £50.... this is something that would sell at £180 on the shop floor ..... i personally thought that she was purely ripping this lady off.....Just avoid this shop if you dont sell to them then eventually they will go out of business or sack the stupid lady manager....This is not pointed at all staff.... has there is some reasonable staff and some really great staff..... no names mentioned but i no of 3 out of the team of around 6 to 7. I mention this as an example has the lady clearly needed some funds she seemed like she had children at home and that she could of done with the help of the funds. But that manager took advantage of this women and that is morally wrong. If your selling anything of value go to cash convertors. I must say they are more polite and certainly alot more reasonable and they dont take too much of an advantage. I get all shops need to make money but they have to consider people are selling there belongings to fund hard times this is no reason to take the piss out of them. Sack that blonde hair manager and do us all a favour....

I buy a sony Xperia a2 mobile phone and paid £100.00 and they refused to give me my money back and on they website it say you got 7 days to take it back if you are not happy with the item and the staff were very rude to me

Bought a remote car as main toy and found the controller badly damaged. Shop refused to exchange because it was open!!!!!!.I WILL get it sorted, small claims court. Terrible service and I couldn't recommend this shop.cash converters saved the day, GAVE my son a new boxed radio controlled car becaused he was so upset that I couldn't buy a new one.
