I saw an electric guitar for sale. I explained that one of the pick ups not working but would still be interested if they can get it sorted. I received a call to say now working and I can go back in to try it. I explained that I am now on holiday but will pop in as soon as I am back. The guy was very nice and said he too would be on holiday but would set the guitar as side and would explain to the staff that I will be coming back in to the shop to buy it. I received a call whilst on holiday to say that someone in the shop had accidentally sold this guitar. A joke of a company and have alerted all that I know re their very unprofessional service. Will never ever give them my cash.
