Probably my favourite place for second hand electronics (apart from phones), like many other places I look in here weekly, but it's not too unusual to find items £20-40 off their usual cost (even on eBay), one particular time I saw a pair of Bluetooth Sony headphones for £25, recognising them and knowing they had an RRP of £100+, I bought them and they still work perfectly, and even if they didn't, you do have a warranty on items.

I’ve rang up four times to make an inquiry about an item it ring and rings until someone picks up the phone and then puts it down great customer communication there if it give the option for selling buying and financial why won’t any of the staff another the phone and yes the store is open as it says it in the website not even a voice mail to leave a message 1 star

Good prices but these people have no idea on how to pack an item. Sending shredded paper which technically rubbish in large boxes when the item it self is very small and the boxes are 3 times the size of the item and full of shredded rubbish paper.

All around positive experience, very helpful and welcoming staff they were even able to bring the price down on the switch I bought, it was in very good condition and they kept all the parts together safely wrapped.

I bought a laptop online on 2th of May and next day I received a notification from PayPal about my money refunded, with no explanation. So I had to call them, wait 10 minutes on th line, then he said the laptop HAS BEEN SOLD IN STORE ( on 3th May) . So how it's possible to sell something which is sold already? They didn't check the online orders and just wing it.Sorry it's not enough for all the time I wasted. At least, some explanations was good in the refund notes, without me having to waste time calling them and find out what's happening .
