Terrible service, and they will offer you very low price if you sell your items there. I take my almost new monitor to there, and this monitor cost me about 120 pounds before. But they only offer me 25 pounds if I sell it there. You may ask what is the standard for the price? They just find the cheapest same size monitor in their website as standard to buy my monitor with out considering the brand or quality! What a terrible deal! My friend find a person to buy my monitor with 50 pounds in the end. So, if you want to sell your items, just go to other stores or sell to other person directly. Here is really a bad place to sell the used items!

Took a 10inch Samsung tablet and Sony Xperia large screen phone both in great condition I was only offered £110 for both I said no the staff aren't the most welcoming !! I took my items to CeX in town the staff were friendly helpful and offered me £275 as they were only months old tablet and phone a lot better than the £110 I was offered at this shop .So if you want to get the best price for your items I would highly recommend CeX plus the staff are friendly chattie so I would recommend Cex not cash generator will take your items but offer a poor price.

Con men in action went in today to sell my iphone 5s offered me £40 and was told the reason it was a low offer was cause the 5s doesnt get iOS updates lie explained that he was wrong I got home put my phone on facebook and surprise I sold my phone same day for £80 in less than 10mins in facebook point is guys don't give these guys the time or day sell online I know they need to make a profit but down right taking the Mickey out their customers
