The employee named " Tashay" was working Sunday August 30, 2015. I gave her all of my paper work for a pay day loan and and when she received it; she told me that there was no transactions on my bank statement. I replied to her if she looks closer at my checking you can see that at first there was a deposit of $65.00 and then later another deposit of $5.00. Tashay gave me back the paper work and didn't give me a chance to show her; but instead she said she couldn't do anything for me and kept looking at her computer screen. I showed my documents to the security and he personally said " yes, that your documents do show transactions on it".Before I have learned her name, I asked her if I can get the corporate managers number as well as her name. She refused to give it to me
