Went to put an item on layaway and the clerk charged my card for the full price of the purchase instead of the 20% down payment needed to begin the layaway process. Now it's going to take 2 to 3 business days to get my money back. Unfortunately that was all the money I had now I'm stuck without any cash until this refund is submitted. What's worse is they didn't do anything to even TRY to mAke it right. Unbelievable man I was actually a returning customer and they just threw their hands up in the air when they put me and my family in hardship. Sorry guys but an apology isn't going to buy my kid milk or food for my family. Unreal man.
