My boyfriend bought a lawnmower paid $70. Took it home and it didn't work they refused to take it back. Why are they selling things that don't work. My boyfriend has gone there for years and and has spent lots of money they just lost a good customer.

First and last time going to these douchebags who were completely unfair and not just. By far the worst experience I have ever had BEWARE NEVER GO HERE! They make deals only to lure you in to rip you off and get more cash out of you. I saw their Fender Bass Guitar on OFFERUP and contacted the add asking if they still had it the guy responded and said yes I asked him if they would take a partial trade with cash and offered them my XBox One Day One Edition and 200$ cash for their bass guitar. The guy asked for pictures so I sent them to him and he said DEAL I'll take the 200$ and the Xbox one and gave me the adress. Told him I was on my way and double checked to make sure the deal was still on and we were good to go and he responded yes! As I told him I was on my way and that it would take me about 40 min to get there I was coming from oakcliff. When I get there the guy looked at the stuff once and proceeded to tell me everything was good and then when I went To go check the bass out he then said do you have more then 200$ and I said no then he proceeded to say I'll give you 100$ for the Xbox and you can put the bass guitar on layaway blah blah blah and I had brought a keyboard with me to see if they would give me some more value but besides the point. So then I told him that I came under the impression from what he had told me that YES we had a deal and that he said the Xbox one and 200$ and that was that. I politely said no thank you and walked out very angrily and frustrated it was very unfair of them to go back on their word they ARE NOT TRUSTWORTHY also NO THIS IS NOT FAKE I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF THE FULL CONVERSATION ON OFFERUP SHOWING THEM TELLING ME WE HAD A DEAL AND THEIR PROFILE THIS IS NOT FAKE! I have evidence and full proof
