I contacted cash stop to get a payday loan a few hours before closing this Saturday. I was delayed until closing time, to be told they open at 12 tomorrow (inconvenient but understandable).Then, by 2pm today I was told they would not service my loan because I live in Kelowna (30min drive). The representative was kind and understanding, but frankly being told to call back again the next day isn’t particulary helpful. Nor is saying you service surrounding areas yet won’t cover an area directly beside VernonEdit: The only reason I will be taking this post down tomorrow is because of how awesome and caring the front line attendant was. Totally disappointed with management and the lack of regard for my time.
