Absolutely shocking. I traveled all the way from Camberley after speaking with someone on the phone who assured me the documentation I had was sufficient to cash a cheque I had received from HMRC. The cheque was apparently in an unusual format so they refused to cash it. Complete waste of time. Was furious having called prior to my visit and told they could.
