MOST of the doctors are nice (there are a few that are quite rude and seemingly uncaring) and I personally am get to come across a super rude staff member (there have been times that I have been a little taken aback by their abruptness). The problem with this place is the amount of time you must wait compared to how rushed your appointment is (about a 2-3 hour wait for a 4 minute appointment), and every doctors in this place are EXTREMELY reluctant to give out medication. It is a waste of time to go down there and sit for so long and know that something is not right and you need better medication than simple nurofen or panadol and to be told that you should just try to self manage/medicate and comeback if it gets worse. I am very, very disappointed :(
