My wife bought a ring which turned out to be hallmarked as cubic zirconia (only found out looking after at the purchase at home with a loup) but while looking she kept asking to see the diamond band on 2 separate occasions on 2 separate visits to the same shop just one day apart. Not once did anyone correct her to say it was not diamond and when she rang the manager after the purchase he denied that his staff had been asked about it being a diamond ring and therefore she was not misled which of course she was.She also saw several items for sale stating incorrect gemstones which again just shows the extent of the knowledge of the so called manager and people who research items ... disgraceful.All in very poor service - the young man serving was distractedly discussing his night out before about bumping into his ex rather than concentrating on his job and the rude response from the manager after the fact over the phone only compounded how bad the service is.
