Biggest rip off ever, charges over and over, I've had money just disappear in this acount thru transfers and credits!Thus one is for the feds ,I bought a service and company I bought from dud a authorization/ hold on the funds 08/06/2018I recieved notice in a email like always & it was deducted from my balance,but the charge never showed up in history or statement (strange not?) then the company charged my card again 08/16/2018 I got a notice via email and deducted from balance again, this charge showed in history and statement.1st charge still doesnt show anywhere only my notifications not in statement or history!!Watch your money close cause they cash pass is a total RIP off & I'm sure doing transactions with no record is illiegal!$2 HERE AND THERE plus stealing our money!!

From the time I walked in and applied for a loan through downloading app, deleting app, losing user name and having to call customer service today (which I was dreading...dont we always dread that?!), I have to say I have ZERO complaints about this company! Even the phone support was efficient and knowledgeable. They even talk to you like a human being and take into consideration you may have some sort of feeling(s) toward/about the situation at hand, and best yet, THEY DON'T READ FROM A SCRIPT!! It was refreshingly weird; weird but NICE! Thank you to my phone support because YOU were awesome and gave me some great tips to bank (no pun intended) and you were even pleasant to speak to! Thanks again and keep rockin' it!

Talked to a nice representative named Isabel Hernandez who was able to answer all my questions. I’m pleased to have a prepaid debit card! Gone are the days of over drafts. The only thing I hate Is the high fees to use the card. I’ve learned how to get around most of them by only using the card a certain way. Study what the fees are so you can use the card the cheapest way.

I really appreciate the support the call center team delivers when you have questions regarding your account and the fees are very reasonable! I would definitely recommend CashPash for anyone looking for an alternative banking solution!!

I have had my CashPass account since 2012 and I am very happy with the service I get. I am always treated with respect and kindness no matter what my issues have been over the years. I am very outspoken and I don’t tolerate any mistreatment by service companies. The competition is stiff enough in America that it’s easy to change companies in a heartbeat if you’re dissatisfied for any reason. All the employees I have dealt with have been great, but Maribel is stellar quality! She is warm and knowledgeable about anything that I question. She takes the time to explain everything without being condescending. The only thing I don’t like is that they don’t have 24 hour customer service. But they do have an app and a 24 hour automated system.

Great alternative to traditional banking. Cash pass has great customer to representative phone service, fees are very minimal and it’s all around a great banking card to use! Cash pass is awesome

I love my cashpass card! I stopped using my checking account a couple of years ago and started using this card instead and I haven’t looked back since.
