If I could leave a 0 I would. My entire experience with this company has been horrid! DO NOT COME HERE! STAY CLEAR OF BRANDON FERGUSON. He never listened to a word we said. Gave us a preapproval letter, then once we were days away from closing oh sorry we weren't ever really approved. His numbers are always off and there sure seems to be a lot of computer errors. He fails at reaching back to you or clarifying anything. I'm sure if his father didnt own the place he would be in an unemployment line. My husband and parents are filing an official complaint. They never offered an actual explanation as to why we went from approved to not approved. Nothing on our end changed, I even reached out to James Ferguson the owner as to what was going on and with no response again. We wasted time and money on home inspections. We have a small child and one on the way. The amount of stress this has caused me literally had me in the hospital with hypertension. I have nothing good to say. Just stay away. Head to F&M bank. They will treat you right and wont waste your time and money.
