Glad they're open Saturdays now! I only use this account sparingly or for emergencies, so I don't use many services so can't comment on them, only use as a savings account. Have always had pleasant experience here.

Always wonderful staff working in the front. And gorgeous and relaxing atmosphere. While you wait you have a view of a gorgeous large fish tank, and a beautiful fountain in the lobby. Also enough parking space too.

I recently took my wife to cbc.to make her car payment."wow"to my suprised there all new staff. I guess they did make a change for the better. Staff in the front are professional. And courtois. And attentive to your banking needs. Pay them a visit you won't be disappointed. 😊thank you CBC for listening to your customer's concerns. 👏👏

I love this bank, I've been banking with CBC for years and the employees at this location have always been so amazing. I've always had a savings account with this bank but i recently set up a checking account and couldn't be happier with the benefits the Epic premium checking has. I really appreciate Brandon Samperio's assistance in helping me choose the checking account that is best for me. I come to this bank at least twice a month to cash my check, and Brandon has always been so nice, along with everyone else there. Amazing costumer service!!Alfredo Martinez set up my checking account and I'd like to say he was amazing, very friendly and the process was quick and easy.Thank you so much to this CBC Federal Credit Union. You all are very appreciated!!Breena G.

Customer service on phone is horrible the people they have are rude... service inside branch also sucks other then that pretty much same as all banks

I cant remember if I talked to Patty or Patsy, but she was extremely helpful. This was the only person I have talked to over the phone that even wanted to help out with my problem. I work for a large RV dealership in town, and this is the worst bank when trying to trade in a unit or help get a pay off. But she was the most helpful person that I have spoke with in 3 months. I appreciate all of her help and she deserved this 5 star review
