Zero stars. One star was awarded only because I could not post without marking at least one star. We have used this company for many years, and in years past have had no issues whatsoever. This year it was a whole different story. It took a week of no response to emails, phone calls and inquiries on their web site to finally respond with a quote price. Even then, the rep offered up excuses as to why the medical issues with his foot are slowing him down. I don't feel that I need to know that information - ever - in a professional situation. Every step of the way I was calling and emailing to follow up on receipt of PO, status of the proof, expressing my concern with the timeline, etc. Our graphic artist was even trying to contact them regarding the status of the proof, with no response. The proof was finally sent the date the order was supposed to ship. I received a message this morning from the company saying they INTENDED to ship the order via next day air on Friday for our customer to have in hands today as promised, but something went wrong and they have to reprint the bar code on the cards. Direct quote from the vendor: "We might be able to take the barcoding off and rebarcode. It works when done right away but we have never tried it before after it has sat and set before. People come in to work in a few minutes and they will see what an be done. I'll know in an hour or so." I received this email at 8:31 this morning. It is now 11:22 and still no word from the vendor, despite my attempts to follow up. If this is going to be the new normal process for this vendor, we will not be using the company again. I would advise any prospective clients to use extreme caution if you have a specific in hands date for an order as you might not make your deadline.
