Horrible customer service. Credit union does not communicate with credit card company. CU reps are condescending and lack care. The customer service reps and most loan staff come across as rude and as if you are interrupting their day. I hate going there! Can't wait to finish paying off my loan so I don't have to deal with their staff.

Applied for a boat loan here, were quick and adamant about getting the info on it and everything, and when i applied i had no debt but a 10,000 dollar student loan and a 10,000 dollar snowmobile payment. Everything sounded good and was moving forward. I accidentally forwarded the wrong email to them that said i took voluntary unemployment this winter (3 months) because I was in a hunting accident and got shot in the leg to another bank that i was applying with as well. Which I also have insurance for if I do get injured at work or etc. Now they say they can’t get me a loan because of my income/debt ratio, paid off the snowmobile loan, well inside their income to debt ratio range now. Now the new excuse is they can’t because my income doesn’t support the loan. When it more the does having an income to debt ratio at 10% now, along with having over 200,000 dollars in assets bought and paid for. How would i be able to get a mortgage then!? Have been nothing but steered in other directions and nothing but excuses, along with never responding to emails or calls now within a 1-2 business day period. Please if you are applying here for a loan, APPLY ELSEWHERE. You’ll get nothing but excuses.
