I own Smart Fix, a computer and phone repair business. We have recently started selling wireless services.I have used several other POS systems including Repair Desk, Repair Shopr, and RepairQ for several years. They were all great as far as the repair process goes. Some better than others. Cell Smart offers the repair portion that we are based on, but also has the ability to support wireless sales and service. There is a lot to the system and we are learning. So far, the system has been great. There is no such thing as a perfect system, but I wish we would have found this sooner.
