Absolutely horrible. Citibank gave my mortgage to them. They made a big mistake on the balance when transferring. I have not been able to get it resolved over quite some time. Cenlar is useless. Too much to go in to here, but I’m guessing since this is the 242nd post with one star, it’s well known. I transferred my recent mortgage payment through my Citibank account. The amount was deducted and a confirmation number was giving. It has not been credited with Cenlar who is giving me dire warnings because they are saying my payment is due today. I was on chat with Citibank for an hour and a half with no resolution. They refuse to provide the contact information of Citibank’s compliance personnel. There is no other resolution other than pursuing these issues with State and Federal regulatory authorities. Unbelievable that in the United States consumers can be subjected to outright fraud and Citibank makes no provision for assistance to consumers who trusted them as a lender.
