0 stars. Agree with the majority providing reviews worst mortgage company/servicer I've worked with EVER. I am NOT a former CITI customer and now will never be one for sure. Reached out to the loan recast group and have received NO responses to the questions asked. Repeatedly received the message from customer service(?) that they don't talk to their customers you can only write or email. Problem is they don't answer questions just provide form letter responses. Trying to contact them is a total waste of time. Will be ecstatic when I have this business partnership absolved.
