Slow service and they need to upupda their ATM and deposits in the ATM should not take so long to post and they need to scan .. If they would get our of 90S.. They would be a fantastic bank, they have fantastic tellers and iIwouI also not have religious sayings there on the tellers cubby ..

I have been a loyal customer with CenterBank since they started. I used to love this bank and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. However, in the past 6 months they have had terrible service. Nobody knows what they are doing or how to answer simple questions regarding your account. They will say they are going to do something and it’s never done or done incorrectly. I have given so many chances for it to get better. Sadly, it looks like it’s time for me to start looking for another bank.

Do not use Center Bank for any mortgage or loan product! They will promise things they can’t deliver and drop you at the last minute. They offer great terms upfront to get you in the door, then change things at the last minute so that you’ll have no choice but to accept a substandard product. Save yourself the headache and stress and go with a larger lender that actually does what it says it’s going to do.
