I hate their company charge me over $60 per month either I do not use them.The equipment doesn't work at all. They lie to me sign three years contact and lie to me I sign 5 years contact . I from China I do not know much English I can. Not read the English part. They just keep treat me bad.I do not know who I can contact .,,,I want to cancel their service they want to charge me over $600 I need someone help me. I am crying this company hurt me so bad.

VERY VERY RUDE!!! I am only giving 1 star because I can't give 0 stars. They called my business and asked for my boss. I asked who was calling. I could not understand his response (which I'm sure was on purpose). I asked him several times to repeat it and still could not understand him. I finally asked who he was calling with. STILL could not understand his response. Finally, he told me that I was stupid and hung up on me. You sure won't be getting any of my business and I will make sure to let everyone that I do business with, how rude and unprofessional you were when you called here.

Someone called my business and said we needed an update...we don't even use them so I hung up and they called back at least 10 times in a roll and I had customers...they harassed my business. Scammers....

Essentially a scam. Add to that the rep that I spoke to was super obnoxious, as in rude...and he was trying to recruit me! I was desperate for work and I got up and left if that tells you anything. Just do yourself a favor and leave them alone. And if they say they want to give you an interview turn it down. Phone solicitation for unnecessary services.
