Didnt communicate with me that balance had dropped below 0 dollars because I moved out of state over a year. I had no phone calls or emails. A lot of companies see if the customer isnt responding by mail will reach out to them by email or phone call. I received NO COMMUNICATION by phone or email . They reported me to the credit bureau for a balance under 120 dollars .
