My fiancee attempted to visit this branch today to make a very important transaction. She arrived at roughly 3:45 PM expecting to be able to conduct business but the branch was closed with no signage explaining why.To top this off, the ATM was out of service and has been each time we've visited this location. We will be using the branch in Strongsville until we are able to find a more reliable credit union to do business with.
