I have had an account here since I was a teenager. Always great service and willing to answer any questions that a person might have. Put your money in a local credit union and avoid the large banks and all of their fees.

Recently I received fraudulent charges on my account, so my debit card was canceled. I was told that I had to come in to complete a change of address form before they could order my new card, which I did that day. They told me it would be 7-10 business days before my new card would arrive. 8 business days later I still had not received my new card. I called in to find out that they had never ordered it in the first place. Now I have to wait another 7-10 business days. They could have rush ordered it, but I would have to take a day off work to sign for it. I have no idea how I am going to make all of my electronic payments, since I still have no debit card!

In my opinion this is a lousy Bank credit Union. about a year-and-a-half ago they made a mistake that cost me $200 and just recently I sat down with the CEO of CES and she admitted their mistake but yet would not correct it they have also taken money out of my account that they shouldn't have in the past to the point that I had two get rid of my direct deposit I am not the only one who has had problems in this area I spoke to someone who has a mortgage through them and they have done the same thing so if I were you I would take my money to First Knox or any other bank / Credit Union in Mount Vernon I would not trust that credit union with washing my car let alone with my money
