Overall Feedback:
Terrible place to do business. I entered the Cleremont location to deposit rolled coins and was told they would not accept them. I stated that rolled coins is cash and was told it was not cash and if I wanted to deposit them I would have to unroll them and put through their machine at a 2% surcharge. I closed all my accounts and left. I would understand if it was loose change over $10. I can not trust a finacial institution that does not accept cash.
