Client Review on Champion Loans

Nothing pisses me off the most when a loan company takes 3 days for an answer. I had to ring them twice to follow up. Some guy name nick was just trying to waste my time with excuses like 'oh do you have a car'. It is clearly noted on the application that I don't. Then he says things like ' that's all I needed to know'. I'm thinking so why the hell didn't you call me. Dumb ass. Anyways on the 3rd day after I lodged my application. They declined me. Wow. It took that long for them to say that. How unprofessional and how pathetic.especially coming from a company that is rated a 5star. What happened. Did they get cocky and decided to down grade. So annoyed. Not because they said no but because of the lack communication. Champion loans you dissapoint me. Customer service skills lack big time.thanks for nothing.
