Horrible people! Talked to mike in service today bc my ford focus has recalls that need fixed including transmission issues. The car only goes in reverse. Typical ford transmission issues and bs. Mike said dont bring it here bc it will be a issue getting in it and out. Well im sorry its your guys Ford products that are junk. So i called keller ford in lititz and they were more then happy to take my car in and fix it. Never will deal with champman ford again. Keller ford earned my business.

As annoying as car maintenance can be, I've literally never left this place any less than 100% confident in the work done to my baby, and never feeling less than 100% confident that I was respected and taken care of. I bought my car here in 2016 and I've never taken it anywhere else for service. The guys always do their best to make sure I get the best price on anything I need. Jerry is like my second dad every time I come in there and have to ask him some stupid question I should know the answer to. Today they went the extra mile for me to keep me on the road and I couldn't be more appreciative.
