I have been a long time great customer, never late, always on time, no special payment arrangements or anything. I have never even taken out the max I was approved for, but was told today that they can't help me. Sadly this company doesn't understand taking balance risks and keeping a solid customer base. I will no longer be using their services and taking my business elsewhere. I will no longer be referring friends to this company. The store manager Kim was very friendly but the decision to not lend to me came from her manager. I hope she finds another company that will appreciate her efforts more.
