Nancy, the current manager of this store, is rude and an annoyance to deal with. I had questions with my Installment Loan and it seemed she hadn't had any idea on how they worked. I'm not sure what happened to the previous store manager (Aaron), but I'd be surprised if this store lasts another year with this incompetent "manager" running the store.
