In a world of robot zombie"can't come out of the box" employees like those at every single CVS, Check Center in Berkeley has the rare distinction of being staffed with actual compassionate HUMAN BEINGS! The nice young woman heard my situation and helped me when no one else would. That used to be something people did for one another but in this world it is harder and harder to find.
