I did business with Yasmin here for years she was very good at first respectful and very customer oriented I don't know what changed but over the last year she started charging me unexpected fees and late fees that she never charged before and being down right rude and treating me like she was better than me and promised that she would work with me on a loan and then when I got there and gave her money said she couldn't help me DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH CHECK EXPRESS

The lady was very rude. I would not recommend doing business here. She didn't want to take any of her precious time out to answer any of my questions. And she seems to barely understand anything I was saying!
