If I could I would give them -10 stars however I have to choose to write a review. This company is garbage. I had a return check fee that I received On my primary bank account. I disputed it which my bank returned so I called these guys and said I will pay the amount that was charged but I was not going to pay the overdraft fee of $40 they wanted to charge me. They were very rude and would not let me talk to a supervisor. Needless to say I paid the stupid fee because I don’t want to damage my credit. Stay away from these people. Bunch of minimum wage morons.

I'm definitely not satisfied with my experience with Checkredi. Although kind tone of voice on the phone, which at least gets one star, I got nowhere in terms of speaking to a supervisor, someone who can actually hear what I'm communicating and do something about it. I called them, they didn't call me. I was trying to clear up a mistake in timing between bank accounts, and they added additional fees onto me which I disputed. They were not responsive, nor helpful in clearing it up.
