Update 2018 and 2019.: The managers apologized on two later occasions.since my first review; their service has also been quick and efficient. I'd give five stars if their window clerks would smile and be more customer friendly, but nothing is perfect and they still get the job done regardless.At first the process was fine and the clerk was friendly, until they told me I needed multiple checks. I asked them what specifically had to be on the checks, because I had to go to my bank in Annapolis to get more checks and I asked if it was okay if they were starter checks. The clerk told me it was fine and I could write in my name and address. So I drove all the way to Annapolis got the checks which had my banking information printed on them my bank asked if I needed anything else and I said no because this place told me I only had to write my name and address on the check. However when I drove all the way back to Severn and gave them the checks they said they couldn't give me the whole loan they could only give me half because they were starter checks. They didn't tell me that before I went all the way to Annapolis where I could have had my name and address printed on the check at the bank. Then the manager wouldn't apologize and said her staff is still learning. They shouldn't be at the window alone answering customer questions if they don't have the right information. So I only got half of my loan because of the mistake they're clerk made. This process started at 1 p.m. it's now 4 p.m. and too late for me to drive back to Annapolis to get the right type of checks. Very disappointed with the managers so what attitude about the whole situation, when I would have my whole loan if her staff would have had the correct information to provide in the beginning. That is very unprofessional, and I will make sure everybody I know in this area knows not to use that place.
