Overall Feedback:
The only card machine provider that I would ever write a positive review for, and I've been through a fair few. My sales rep Akash kept to his word and is actually contactable no matter what time of the day. I actually feel valued by this company. Not going to lie I did have some issues (battery stopped working after 3 weeks and support team tried to tell me it costs £40 to replace it). Phoned my rep again, he sorted it all out for me and replacement battery arrived next day and it didn't cost me a penny. Main reason I'm writing this review is because they bought out my contract which I signed with First Payment Merchant Services (worst company on this planet) which was a very lengthy contract that I very naively and stupidly signed. Take it from me as a person who had been stung by merchant providers in the past. These lot have empowered my business with low rates and good service. On top of that, I get the money the next day. No more waiting around 3 days scratching my head for funds to clear. 5 stars from me. Keep it up.
