I use them frequently and have never had an issue. The first time, they did need quite a bit of info but now it's a breeze every pay period. They are both always very nice, and professional. People must remember this is a check cashing service not a bank so of course they will need more info for verification purposes.

Tried to talk to the person who answered the phone. They said they cash personal check but that they "may not" be able to cash mine for me. He then hung up on me before I could ask further questions. I called back and he said his systems were down and that he was "Too busy" at the moment to help a potential customer. How could be too busy with customers if all of his systems were down. I attempted to bring my business to this company and they refused to even attempt to help remedy my situation or find a solution to my "possible not" cashing of my check. This business seems to have terrible business work ethics and horrendous customer support. If you have any questions about them don't even bother to call because they will not help you, make you feel like an inconvenience, and probably hang up on you like they did to me twice. I wish I could give negative stars but one star will have to suffice.

People take things too personal. The owner is friendly and professional. If he can't verify a check and he pushes through a check thaf os fake then DUH he takes liability and is out of money. Yes he may nor have the newest check verification system but hey you are going to a check cashing place and not a bank. The fees were also reasonable.

Went in to cash a company check and the foreign man behind the counter tried to tell me that the company didn’t exist and that the check was fake, yet I went to friendly’s check cashing and they cashed the check no issues. Even told me when the company started and that they have already cashed numerous checks from that company. Don’t waste your time with this place what should have been an in and out process took 30 minutes and the guy didn’t even know what he was saying let alone doing.

The lady was so RUDE! and tried to take $500 of my check PLUS 3% to cash it. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME!

This place is the absolute worst check cashing place in Greenville. They always give you a hard time with your check. I understand that you need to prove your identity when cashing a check but this place needs to much. School ids, work badge, proof of this, proof of that. And then they want you to set up an account and still need everything. Why am I taking pics if you still need my info. They gave me a hard time when it came to purchasing a money order to pay my rent. And the last straw was when I went there to cash my check from work, they said it was fake and clearly not legite. When it said certified and an official stamp from my employer. If my check was fake why did another company cash it with no problem. Don't go here, spend a little extra cashing your check. You don't want to go through the headache and frustration.

The gentleman working was so polite and friendly! He took his time to talk with myself, my husband and the lady behind me as well. I had two bad experiences just before going to him and he made it worth it. I recommend this place to everyone. 5 stars all the way. If I have to cash again, I will go straight to him!
