Overall Feedback:
Very disappointed with the total lack of service here. Just tried to purchase foreign currency here and was refused service. You have the type and amount right there and won't sell it to me. When I tell the clerk my bank hasn't been able to help me with currency exchange the last two times I've been there, and say maybe I'd better open an account here she says "My manager says no" I guess you have all the customers you need. My car loan, and car insurance insurance and home insurance is all through TD so I actually am a TD customer, but still you refuse to even come out and speak to me. I was clam and polite and in a pinch needing to purchase funds.I guess you have all the customers you need. It's ironic, my mortgage is due for renewal next year, looks like you dont need that business either. I've tried to call the branch before I posted this and can get through to speak to a real person. Extremely frustrated
