Overall Feedback:
Horrible Customer Service. This organization is not what a credit union should be. I have been using credit unions since I was able to bank. This organization treats you poorly, speaks to you in a condescending manner and limits your ability to talk to individuals to resolve the situations that arise. It seems they are more interested in spending their money on over priced equipment and services that do not benefit the members. Had I known what I know now, I would have found a better credit union.Update: Spoke with Michelle Wilson who took the time to help. She was fantastic and corrected all my issues and made a point to get the feedback back to correct all the issues we experienced. I still feel the branch still has areas that need to be refined, but when working with Michelle you know you are going to get your problem solved. :)
