Overall Feedback:
Poor customer service. You get a credit card with them, and they pre-emptively sign you up for all the insurances and tell you that it 'automatically happens' (no, it doesn't. There's a little box that says customer accepts coverage, yes/no). Then, you have to make all the phone calls, and cancel everything - everything - card, insurance, etc, yourself, when they made the mistake. Also, they gave faulty info about the card, and the sales rep didn' tknow what she was talking about. Many people I know have poor experiences with CIBC. Not saying a good experience never takes place, but I've yet to see one.
