Worst location I have ever been to.. I went to cash a government cheque and they say they have to put it on hold even though at the location in Brampton didn't hold the cheque and allowed me to withdraw the whole amount. On top of that the management there is rude if I could give a negative star I would give it a - 100 star

Slow service. unprofessional stuf, especially management...I will close my CIBC acc at 9:30Am on August 24th.

This bank is really an unfriendly place. I have gone to many CIBCs in several cities. The staff looks miserable and always gives me the feeling it is aweful to work there. Nobody ever smiles or looks remotely happy in any way. I can hardly wait to get out the door and leave. Sad because I have been a customer since the 80s and so were my parents. A world of differemce from my old branch in Burlington

So it was about 2pm on a Tuesday evening I went in to open a new account. I went in and there was no customer service representative and there was a long line. I waited for 15 minsStill no assisantance the location is so small that saying one person walk pass me I ask her if she can assist me she look at me and ignore me and continued to her desk when I turn around there was another person just sitting at there desk and she was not doing anything just sitting looking at me never even came up and said do u need assistance. I don’t even have an account with Cibc so after seeing this I wonder why I would even bank with them considering that customer experience. I took my business elsewhere avoid this branch like the plague

I just got put on hold for a full 30 minutes. After giving up and trying to call back, about honestly 25 calls went unanswered. It’s noon. Is this CIBC or some fake bank posing as them ? Seriously awful service.

always understaffed, long line-ups, About a month I was there to exchange CAD to EUR; had to wait over 20min because apparently their "safe" person was off that day;They provided me with wrong information so I had to come back to the branch to get it fixed;Terrible access to the parking lot:My business account is there and I guess I am stuck with themDo not recommend.

The ATMs are envelope free machines. The 1st machine doesn't accept deposits which can be annoying if that is what you want to do.
