So a little story behind this review! I found a perfectly located building for my businesses and fell absolutely in love with the building and the potential it promises. So I went ahead and made an offer on the building knowing that I had a sizable down payment and the likely hood of getting approved for a loan was high. What I wasn't aware is how much mortgage funding has changed since the last time a bought a property. What I found is that it has become harder to get a loan. And having the right broker mad all the difference. Bobby worked diligently to find me multiple funding sources and we finally settled on one. My closing is tomorrow afternoon after only 1-1/2 months. Barring any last minute issues I consider this page of my book closed. Thank you Bobby for your help.
