I am of the opinion that Clover is a scam. A salesperson named Erica took my personal information (for some reason, this company wants both EIN and SSN). Told me that the underwriting team would get back to me by Friday at 3pm. Never happened. I called the following Monday. Ericas' coworker claimed that she knows Erica and that they are still waiting on the underwriting team. Two weeks later, still no response. Will be filing a complaint with local and state governments next. It is illegal to obtain someone's personal information for determining credit worthiness (e.g. providing a POS), without notifying that person of the outcome.

Good Luck getting them to answer the phone!! Or respond in any way. We cancelled this service in Jan and are still receiving Bills in May very frustrating! Fins another service. I"m surprised to see all the 4-5 star reviews until you read them and they are not for the actual service but for the building! Who Cares!

Attempting to get a gift card produced through Clover has been the absolute, most painful process I have ever encountered. After multiple phone calls and getting passed around to numerous departments and ILL-INFORMED staff who have to 'follow the process' without regard for true customer service, and over a 2 1/2 week period, I still have NOTHING resolved. Clover would be the last POS solution I would ever recommend to someone. Stay away.
