I visited this place on 23rd Jan 2019. I had already downloaded all the forms and had requested a quotation thru email. This place is big and was not at all crowded. I first went to the zoning office for their approval. the staff at the zoning office was very pleasant and friendly. They got my job done in 2 mins. Thank you guys!! ( 3 Stars to your department)After that I took all my documents and went to the Business License department. I had an encounter with a lady who really didn't like me or had a bad day. She was treating me like a old school teacher. She asked me to correct my form 2 to 3 times, which I was fine with. She processed all the document in 15 mins and gave instructions about what i should be doing next. She was good with her job. Tip: There is absolutely no need to be rude to the customers. If customers knew everything about Business Licence already then there would be no need to have professionals like you. One good smile or few kind words hurt no one.
