Since 1999 COCARD has been a company made up of like-minded, owner operated, sub-ISOs, who formed an entity similar to a co-op.

COCARDs purposes and structure enable it to capitalize on collective bargaining benefits, and a mutually leveraged exit strategy. COCARD is managed by member volunteers with over 100 years of industry experience who dedicate their time to serve on a board and committees, a full time General Manager, and a dedicated staff, headquartered in Nashville TN. Because our paid staff is small and our operating expenses are low, we are able to pass the savings on to our members and our merchants.
