I purchased a 2011 kia forte from carmart of Prattville, Al 36066 in February of this year and we have had nothing but problems since day one. The wheel bearings and driver side axle immediately needed to be replaced. My fiance who is a mechanic for a living noticed the car frame was literally cut in half. If I could post all the pictures on here believe me they would be in a heartbeat. Well needless to say we find out that in November of 2018 there was car accident report filed with prattville police department stating a major front end collision. They never totaled the car out but instead fixed it and now we have paid 4,000 dollars on it. They are so careless they even left the accident report and the persons ID who wrecked it in the car and since passed away. Now they are stating the alternator and map sensor was changed when they both just went out and the car isn't driveable anymore. They are pretty much wanting to total the car out now so they don't take the loss and we do. I definitely don't recommend shopping with carmart. They a very rude and they lie and run you around so they don't have to deal with you. Would be giving a zero star if I could.

Very unsatisfied with Farmington Missouri car mart,The general manager waited until my service warranty ran out or the 3 mechanics that she has and now I am still expected to for a lemon even after telling Dani and Anita that something is wrong with the rear end and the check engine kept getting reset and 3 days later it came back on and was always the same sensor would out and it continues to run hit and never check the out properly,For the price I am paying they should have made sure it was fixed properly because I have a disabled husband and a 7 year old grandson and every time I would get it I would break down along side of the with them in the car with me.The last time it broke down I had just had a TOTAL KNEE REPLACEMENT.
