DO NOT WORK WITH THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY! I had an issue with my closing and the owner, Mr. Bell called me threatening me about paying my commission right away with such a bad attitude. I told him I was aware that I owed him the advancement and it will be covered, however he needed to wait until my next commission. He did not care so I asked to make monthly payments, on the fourth month I had to skip payment and advices his assistant, Luis. He sent me to some “collection agency” the nastiest person on the phone and added over $1,500 to what I owed which at that point was only $750! He disappeared after I told him I was getting an attorney because the way they were doing business didn’t seem legal to me. After almost a year, he appeared again with a bill of $2,800! I will pay it because I want this person to dissapear from my life once and for all but beware! There are many companies available. Unfortunately someone told me about this person and I didn’t research him well enough. Charges $69 monthly fee plus 19% interest. On a $1,000 loan I am paying $2,175 in total interest plus fees. I understand they need to make money and I am not against it but there is no reason why they should charge this crazy amounts.
