Disgusting Shame on you Colac Branch. Stood and waited in cue to be served,(waited 10 minutes or so) only to have a couple walk in front of me and was served before me, no ethics very poor customer service and when i finally got their attention and served they couldn't help me and my inquiry. What is the set up there anyway no cue or signs anymore. Never any staff to serve customers, waiting lengthy times and very poor customer service.Thinking of taking my money elsewhere. Any recommendations on good customer service for banks in Colac.?
