They close at 4pm! Hopeless for working people or school children--the Bendigo Bank is open until 5pm across the road, perhaps they actually care abou providing a service to their customers...?

No matter when you go here, there is a really long wait. They will have a line of 5 people, with one teller open and the "greeter" will just chat with people in the queue. Why doesn't the greeter go and open a teller so we can be done quicker?
