Home Town Hero mortgage? For being a Home Town Hero I get to pay an extra 4% on my mortgage? Some way to treat a hero! People, don't ever forget into public service. Don't ever be a teacher. Ever.Because being a teacher means I don't make enough to pay my "full" student loan amount, so my student loans are calculated and paid based on income,(IBR), so, with zero missed payments, and good credit, and a good ratio, CCU tells me I get to have an interest rate of not 2.5 but 6.5%. You guys must really hate teachers.

I love it here. Community credit union is a great place to bank. Everyone is always very helpful. I would recommend banking here to anyone

Opened an account online in Feb 2019 but have never received information about how to obtain a debit card or deposit slips or my member number despite calling them 3 times. It looks like I will have to physically go in to the nearest location to close this account. Very disappointed.

I visited the branch with a friend early in the morning. My friend wanted to open an account. The branch was empty. Upon entering the tellers were speaking amongst themselves and never greeted us. It was my friends first time visit as well. No one advised that we needed to sign in. After we saw a few people doing something at a kiosk we figured we needed to sign in. No one offered assistance. We finally were called in and the person that took care of us was rude and seemed bothered. I will never step foot in there again!

The employees at this branch are so helpful and friendly. I didn't get the courteous treatment at Space Coast as I do here. If they aren't sure of the answer to a question they will find someone who does. 💜

Your chances of getting factual information when speaking with a representative is slim to none; consistent information is rare. The manager of this branch is rude, and has shut and locked the door in my face when I arrived exactly one minute prior to closing. Getting your money can also be complicated as there have been multiple times the ATM is completely out of order! Overall 1/5, horrible bank, stick with Space Coast Credit Union!
