Love Compass but not all builders should be approved. Very disappointed in our builder took payments and never finished our house, and what was done was poor workmanship.Developer will not stand by owners, continue to allow certain builders to build even after many homeowners had issues. Buyer Beware, Hire your own attorney from the North for advice.
